And then additional time 10 mins at the start for set up and 10 mins end for touch ups, lip application and pack down. Timing may vary depending on number of faces and style of makeup.

How should I prepare for my makeup appointment?
3
A consultation is necessary before your appointment. I will have a thorough 1-on-1 consultation with you to discuss the desired look, ensuring we achieve the perfect result. Arrive with a clean, moisturised face and avoid heavy skincare products immediately beforehand. I have it all covered and will bring everything needed for your hair and makeup service! I simply require a space of your preference where I can set up with access to a power point. Normally the kitchen or living room area works best.
Do I wash my hair before the appointment?
4
Hair must be dry for the appointment and washed the day before unless clearly stated that you would like a blow-dry only.
BOOKING & SCHEDULING
What is the deposit amount, and is it refundable?
1
I require a deposit to secure your booking date and artist. The deposit amount varies based on the booking type and size — it is outlined in your booking confirmation or quote. All deposits are non-refundable. This is a standard policy across the professional makeup industry and reflects the fact that confirming your date means declining other bookings on the same day. I understand plans can change and will always try to accommodate rescheduling where possible, subject to availability.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?
2
Deposits are non-refundable in all cases.
For rescheduling requests, I will always try to accommodate a new date subject to my availability. The sooner you communicate a change, the more flexibility I can offer. Rescheduling with less than 72 hours' notice may be treated as a cancellation and a new deposit may be required to secure another appointment.
For wedding day cancellations or significant changes close to the event, the full booking fee may be retained depending on the circumstances and the terms of your specific booking agreement.
How can I make a booking?
3
You can book my services in 2 ways:
1. Via the ‘book now’ button on my website which is fully automated.
2. Over the phone with me (SMS, Call, social media message).
How far in advance should I book my wedding makeup?

Peak season dates (October–March) can book out 6–12 months in advance, as popular spring and autumn weekend dates fill up quickly. Enquiring early is always recommended to secure your date.
Your bridal trial makeup consultation is typically booked 2 to 3 months before your wedding day. This allows me to map out your exact aesthetic, test how the products wear on your skin, and finalize your wedding morning timeline.
How do I secure my booking?
5
Send an enquiry via the form, Instagram DM or Text Message. Then, I will send a pricing guide and hold your date with a deposit and simple booking confirmation.
Do you have a minimum booking requirement for weekend weddings, and can you accommodate large bridal parties?
6
Yes, for peak-season Friday and Saturday weddings, I have a minimum booking requirement (typically the bride plus 3 guests, or equivalent spend).
For large bridal party makeup bookings, I curates a meticulous morning beauty timeline to keep everything running perfectly on time.
